More Ways to Manage Your Account

Our current fare system includes online account management with MyCharlie, where you can add value or passes to your registered cards and order monthly Commuter Rail passes. With the introduction of AFC 2.0, you’ll be able to manage your account online or over the phone.

Both options will allow you to check your balance, reload your Charlie Card, and access your trip history.

If you choose to register your new Charlie Card, you have loss protection, can receive account notifications, and can sign up for to automatic reloads on your card. You’ll also be able to use the “One More Ride” feature, which allows you to charge one ride with a negative balance and pay it back later.
